Frequently asked questions

Does the compatible PS4 controller work wirelessly?

Yes. It pairs over Bluetooth like the original by holding the Share and PS buttons until the light bar flashes, and it also works wired over USB. Dual vibration and the touchpad function. It does not include the built-in speaker of the original, and it is a PS4 controller only, not for newer consoles.

Is the Switch dock safe to use with my console?

The dock uses USB-C Power Delivery and outputs HDMI at up to 4K 60Hz. Use the official Nintendo power adapter or a PD charger rated 39W or higher, because underpowered adapters cause the dock to drop the display. It suits the original Switch, the OLED model and Switch 2, but not the Switch Lite.

Can I return an accessory if it turns out my console is a different model?

Yes. Unused accessories in original packaging can be returned for a change of mind, and the refund goes through within 3 working days after it arrives. Check the console model on the label before opening, and email support@officecatch.com.au if you are not sure which version you have.
