Is it legal to use a hidden camera in Australia?

It depends on the state and the situation. Recording in your own home or on your own property is generally allowed, but recording private conversations or people in places where they expect privacy is restricted under surveillance devices laws in each state. Check your state legislation or seek advice before recording anyone else.

How long do the pen and watch cameras record for?

Both record 1080P video with loop recording, so the oldest files are overwritten once the 64GB card is full. Battery life is typically an hour or two of continuous recording per charge, depending on the model. They charge over USB, and you copy footage to a computer the same way as a USB stick.

What does the K18+ detector actually find?

It scans for radio frequency transmissions from wireless cameras, GPS trackers and listening devices, and its magnetic sensor helps locate hidden magnetic trackers on a vehicle. It cannot detect a wired camera that is not transmitting. Sweep slowly and reduce sensitivity in rooms with WiFi routers to avoid false readings.
